One of the fastest growing HR agencies provides human resource, payroll, and financial resource management software solutions to employees, managers, and specialists in small, mid-size, and large companies of private and public sectors in Sweden, Finland, and the Nordic countries. The client has two large scale financial products for the private and public sector.

The Challenge

The client followed old manual methods to handle the recruitment, employee life-cycle management, competence and performance management, travel expense management, time and absence management, compensation, training, payroll and reporting. The client wanted to adopt new methods to increase the performance of business operations and to increase the visibility of HR and payroll processes.
